1. Setting Apn Indosat

For optimum access to the internet with a speed of up to 42 Mbps, the user should observe the following:

• User is already subscribed to the Super Internet Quota package. Register/ check status by dialing *123# or visiting instant.com.
• User is using a device that supports internet speed of up to 42 Mbps (DC-HSPA+).
• User is already connected to the Indosat 3G network.
• Check 3G network using the setting menu on your mobile device.
• Indosat’s network coverage depends on BTS location.
• Internet connection will depend on the user’s mobile device and the settings on the device.
• Internet connection will depend on the type of package or service the user is subscribed to.
• Internet connection will depend on the time of use and how many subscribers are accessing the internet within the same area.
• Internet connection will depend on how big of a file the user is currently downloading or the website the user is visiting.
• Internet connection will depend on the location of the user while attempting to access the internet (inside a building, height of building, thickness or building, etc).

Note:

• Make sure you are already subscribed to Indosat’s internet package when you access the internet – to avoid being charged additional costs.
• If you are not subscribed to an internet package, you will be charged with a fee for accessing the internet according to the basic tariff of the type of number you are using.
• Indosat has the right to control your internet access usage according to Indosat’s policies if Indosat feels you are exceeding your usage.
