It's why players (now at least, even when addons are available) look for block launcher or some type of modding platform, because you can't add things with addons, only change them. I'm not sure about mods on PE, last time I played Block Launcher was just a straight up black screen from being patched, but on Windows 10, I have yet to find a way to mod it, and I doubt I will.
